- 2Every job is screenedAutomated risk checks plus human review catch scams, duplicates and dead listings before they reach you.Each posting gets an automated risk score (contact details, salary, duplicates). Low-risk jobs go live at once; anything else waits for a human reviewer. Unanswered jobs expire on their own.
- 3Location fit, privacy-firstKariro confirms you meet a job's country rule — employers only ever see "Met / Not met".Before you apply, Kariro compares the job's country rule with your declared residence. Employers only ever see “Requirement met” or “Not met”, never your address.
